Health Checks
Patients between 16 and 75 years old who have not been seen by a doctor for three years may request a general consultation with a doctor. The doctor shall make such inquiries and undertake such examinations as appear to be appropriate in all the circumstances.
Patients aged over 75 years who have not been seen by a doctor for twelve months, may request a general consultation with a doctor.
The consultation may take place at the patient's house if the doctor feels it would be inappropriate in view of the patient’s condition to attend the practice premises. The doctor shall make such inquiries and undertake such examinations as appear to be appropriate in all the circumstances.
