OUT OF HOURS
When the surgery is closed and you need urgent medical attention please call 01244 385300 to be connected to the Out Of Hours Service.

Calling the surgery direct on 08444 773304 when we are closed will also connect you to the Out Of Hours GP service.

pillsDetails of your past and present medicines are recorded on our computer. When you require a repeat prescription, you can use the tear off portion of your prescription, clearly marking those items required. If the repeat slip is mislaid, please submit a written request for the items required (request slips are available at reception if preferred). Your request can be:
  • posted to the surgery.
  • placed in the special letterbox provided to the left of the front door of the surgery.
  • placed in the box marked for repeat prescriptions on the reception counter.
  • Faxed to 01244 351057
  • Completed online - please fill in the form above and we will arrange deliver to your preferred pharmacy if requested.

Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your prescription to be processed before collection. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, your prescription will be posted to you. If a prescription is required in an emergency please inform the receptionist.

You can arrange for your prescription to be collected by a pharmacy - many pharmacies will then deliver to your home (please speak to your pharmacy if you wish to set up home delivery).
