Care Hub has been developed by a consortium of partners including GPs from West Cheshire CCG, Brightlife, Brio Leisure and other stakeholders to further links to, and knowledge of Social Prescribing facilities available to our patients. 

     

 

Education Half Day Calendar 2023

The surgery will be completely closed (no reception service or prescription collection) between 12:30 and 17:00 on the dates given below. This is for staff training and development.             

  • Thursday, 21 September
  • Tuesday, 17 October
  • Wednesday 15 November
