Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP)

Our Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) can assess, diagnose, treat illness, and prescribe medication. Healthcare Assistants

Tracy Wynne (F)

In Tracy's role as a Health care assistant, she supports the clinical team. Her many tasks include taking bloods, seeing patients for chronic annual reviews, NHS health checks, BP checks, flu and pneumonia vaccinations, wound dressings, B12 injections and much more. 

Tracy works Wednesday to Friday (Including enhanced hours on Wednesday’s)
